Kenny Lilly is the owner of Do The Math 247, a community partner with the Des Moines Public School District. Do The Math 247 is a company with a positive message on kindness, unity and equality. Kenny will touch on different types of implicit bias, how it shows up in the workplace, and how to mitigate against implicit bias. If implicit bias is a new term for you, it’s a form of bias that occurs automatically and unintentionally, that nevertheless affects judgments, decisions, and behaviors.

Kenny’s day job is a risk analyst at Wells Fargo. Kenny is a big believer in community service and volunteers on planning committees for his community.
