NORM BOAZ received his B.A. and Masters Degrees in Music at San Diego State University.  He has over 45 years experience as a voice coach, speaker, consultant, professional singer, music director and composer.

Through his “SpeakFluence – Make Your Voice Count” workshops and trainings, Norm helps people better Communicate, Connect, Present and Influence by teaching them the principles of a dynamic speaking voice and how to use it.  He works with a broad range of corporate and general clients, coaches privately and presents workshops, keynotes and webinars to any size groups.  Great speaking makes everything more effective, and sets you apart.

Norm is married and has 6 children and 17 grandchildren. He relocated from Southern California to Waukee, Iowa in 2018, and loves golfing, cycling and spending time with family.  Norm also considers his work his play, and he is passionate about helping you “Make Your Voice Count!”
