Christa Vander Leest is the Council Director for Girls on the Run of Central Iowa. Girls on the Run is a fun, evidence-based program that inspires all girls to build their confidence, kindness, and decision-making skills. Dynamic lessons instill valuable life skills including the important connections between physical and emotional health. Over the past 14 years, GOTR of Central Iowa serves 19 counties throughout Iowa impacting over 1,500 girls annually.

You won’t want to miss this meeting! Wear clothes and shoes you can move in for some simple exercises and bring a friend! There will be silent auction baskets to bid on and half of the proceeds will go to Girls on the Run.

Kendra will also run a Girls on the Run fundraiser online and in their store on April 21 and 22. Special code will be provided.
